
The Fern Care Services Quality Management System ensures that we deliver whatever we contract to supply. All our staff are required to attend our induction programme, which encompasses the TOPSS induction standards. Our preferred method of delivery is a structured programme arranged at a local college.
Fern Care Services is able to ensure that staff attend all mandatory courses and obtain
the necessary skills. We finance and encourage staff to obtain an NVQ in Care Level 2/3 within the
recommendations of the National Minimum Standards.
Whenever we recruit staff, we check their Health and Safety awareness at
interview and take copies of all relevant training and dates.
Thereafter, all our staff are CRB (Criminal Records Bureaux), POVA and POCA
checked.
