We are one of London's leading community, health and home care personnel management companies, we are dedicated to the provision of professional and high quality support and care to vulnerable service users living in their own homes/sheltered or residential accommodations in the community
Fern Care Services provides care and support in the community for those service users who need, or prefer, a higher level of support. Our aim is to provide care and support in a way which enables service users to maximise their independence and achieve their best possible quality of life.
We work to facilitate access to mainstream activities which provide service users with opportunities to achieve real community presence and to develop valued social roles. We have considerable experience in caring for older people, both frail and with various health needs and we currently provide domiciliary care to a range of service users including older people.
